So You Want To Be A Manager

About Author

Glenn Hatton was born in Central Kentucky. He cultivated his work ethic on the family farm where he toiled in tobacco fields and assisted on the dairy operation. These early experiences ingrained in him the values of resilience and resourcefulness. Climbing the ladder in retail distribution centers during the 1990s and 2000s, Glenn translated his farm wisdom into managerial success. Amidst raising two daughters as a single father, he melded childhood lessons and mentorship into a thriving career. Now, with his debut book “So You Want To Be A Manager?” Glenn shares his managerial insights, guiding aspiring leaders and offering a roadmap for career progression. As a future series of books beckons, Glenn will delve into life during the 1980s farm crisis and his role as an accidental therapist to team members, imparting invaluable life lessons to all. In a rapidly changing world, Glenn’s words inspire readers to seize the moment, blend rationality with instinct, and navigate their unique life journeys.

How We Work ?

Like every author, my work is original. However, unlike most authors, I’ve read thousands of books, listen to hundreds of different musicians, and love all forms of art. My initial influences stem from horror and fantasy, but I’ve branched out and promise something engaging for everyone.
