Inform your esthetician if you are using any topical medication or if you have any medical condition that may contraindicate the treatment

Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 24 hours after the treatment
Avoid any makeup, lotions, or oils on the face for at least 24 hours after the treatment
Avoid any excessive sweating, such as from exercising or saunas, for at least 24 hours after the treatment
Avoid any other skin treatments or facials for at least 24 hours after the treatment
Avoid any picking, scratching, or touching of the face for at least 24 hours after the treatment
Use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher when going outside
Drink plenty of water and maintain a healthy diet to help the skin stay hydrated and nourished
If any redness, irritation, or other side effects occur, contact the esthetician or a dermatologist
Follow any additional aftercare instructions provided by the esthetician, such as using a specific moisturizer or serum
Avoid any exfoliating or resurfacing treatments, waxing or threading for at least 24 hours after the treatment to avoid irritation
Avoid any sauna, steam room or any other activities that may cause excessive sweating for 24 hours after the treatment
Avoid any harsh products, scrubs or exfoliants for 24 hours after the treatment
Avoid any alcohol consumption for 24 hours after the treatment
Keep skin moisturized, a moisturizer or hydrating mask may be recommended by the esthetician.

- Avoid sun exposure: Stay out of direct sunlight and avoid using tanning beds for at least two weeks prior to your appointment.
- Avoid certain products: Refrain from using retinols, exfoliating products, and other skin irritants for several days before the treatment.
- Cleanse skin: Cleanse your face thoroughly before the treatment to remove any makeup, oil, or other impurities.
- Avoid waxing or shaving: Avoid waxing or shaving the area to be treated for at least three days prior to the appointment.
- Inform the provider: Let your provider know if you have taken any new medications, have had any recent surgeries, or have any new skin conditions.
- Be prepared: Wear comfortable clothing and bring sunglasses to protect your eyes from the bright light during the treatment.

- Apply Appointment: Apply an appointment or topical antibiotic as directed by your provider to promote healing and reduce the risk of infection.
- Avoid picking: Avoid picking or touching the treated area to minimize the risk of scarring or infection.
- Avoid heat: Avoid exposure to hot showers, saunas, or steam rooms for several days after the treatment.
- Follow up with your provider: Attend any follow-up appointments as scheduled by your provider to monitor your progress and address any concerns.
