BB Glow
BB glow is the newest revolutionary treatment that takes plant-based pigments that absorb into the skin layers to create a flawless dewy look to the face.
This treatment consists of microneedling the face, applying ampoule to the face (to lighten the skin’s surface), and then using a Nano needle to absorb our skin pigment into the skin. BB glow helps with acne, scars, fine lines and wrinkles, and overall appearance.
This treatment is temporary; this is considered a semi-permanent procedure that clients have to touch up every 1-1.5 years

Pre-Care
BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
Review these steps to make sure your visit goes as smoothly as possible.
- Avoid sun exposure for at least two weeks before the procedure.
- Avoid tanning beds and self-tanners.
- Avoid taking blood-thinning medications such as ibuprofen, aspirin, and fish oil for at least a week before the procedure.
- Avoid alcohol consumption for at least 24 hours before the procedure.
- Cleanse the skin thoroughly the night before and the morning of the procedure.
- Do not wear makeup or any other products on the skin the day of the procedure.
- Arrive to your appointment with clean, dry skin.
- Inform your provider of any medications, vitamins, or supplements that you are currently taking.
- Inform your provider of any allergies or sensitivities that you have.
- Inform your provider of any changes in your skin or health since your last appointment.
- It is recommended to stop any Retinols, Vitamin A creams, or any other exfoliating products before the treatment.
- For best results, it is suggested to have a series of treatments.
- Provide the therapist with your desired shade for the semi-permanent foundation.
- It is suggested to have a patch test in advance, to check for any allergies or irritation.
- Let your technician know if you have any history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring.
Aftercare
YOUR TREATMENT
Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment.
- Avoid sun exposure for at least 24 hours after the procedure.
- Avoid tanning beds and self-tanners.
- Avoid sweating for at least 24 hours after the procedure.
- Avoid hot baths or showers for at least 24 hours after the procedure.
- Avoid touching or picking at the treated area.
- Cleanse the skin gently with a mild cleanser and lukewarm water for the first 24 hours after the procedure.
- Apply a thin layer of a hydrating, soothing product such as aloe Vera or a moisturizer with hyaluronic acid to the treated area.
- Apply sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher to the treated area when going outside.
- Avoid any exfoliating products, scrubs, or acid treatments for at least 24 hours after the procedure.
- Avoid any other treatments or procedures on the treated area for at least 24 hours after the procedure.
- Inform your therapist of any adverse reactions or concerns you have regarding your treatment.
- Follow up with your therapist as recommended.
- Avoid strenuous exercises or heavy sweating in the first 24 hours after the treatment.
- Avoid any soap, lotion, or makeup on the treated area for 24 hours after the treatment.
- Wait for at least 3 days before washing your face with soap.
- Avoid excessive sweating, saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs for at least 5 days.
- Do not exfoliate for at least 7 days after the treatment.
- Be gentle when washing your face for at least a week after the treatment.
- The semi-permanent foundation will gradually fade within 2-4 weeks; thus it is suggested to have a touch-up treatment every 2-3 months to maintain the desired result.
