A coach’s role is to ask probing questions and actively listen to help you understand your challenges and current or future obstacles. Your coach may challenge your thoughts and approaches. They will inspire you to aim high and will guide you as you build an action plan. Together, we will sharpen your strengths and help you acquire new skills.

Your coach will work with you on your branding, including your social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).

At the end of our time together, you will be prepared for any upcoming Board of Directors event; meetings with investors and other stakeholders; a major re-org, expansion or downsizing; complex negotiations, or upcoming audit. You will be readily equipped to hire new members for your team.
